Registration of participants will be held at the Information Centre, lobby of hall 5.

You will be provided with:
Participant passes, transport pass (1 copy), tickets valid during the entire art fair ARTVILNIUS’12, catalogue (3 copies), packet of information (3 copies)
! Exhibitors will be admitted to the exhibition halls and territory with filled in participant passes only!
Do not forget to mark the ticket, which is valid during the entire art fair, at the gate, when you enter or leave the premises of LITEXPO. Unmarked tickets will not be valid.

Please, be aware that if you wish to deliver your artworks in advance, you will be charged with the unload fee. The fee is charged due to the fact that LITEXPO does not have special equipment to unload the parcels and has to employ another company.
